She is the founder and owner of Educare Speech Therapy, a trusted healthcare practice she established in 2013 and continues to operate in the same medical complex as Precision Occupational Compliance. Her long-standing commitment to serving the local community and building lasting relationships reflects the same values that guide Precision today.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Precision, Heather assists with Precision's technology, online marketing, administrative systems, and business operations.
